Hi I wanted to share my GREAT experiance with Chef Doug. Arrived on time and quickly set things up for us. We were drinking wine and eating cheese and crackers so Chef Doug asked us if we wanted to prepare food or just watch him and ask questions. We chose the latter. I purchase a private in-home cooking class for my fiance and I. It was mainly for my fiance and I was planning on just hanging around. After meeting Chef Doug, he was extremely friendly and created a great atmosphere. Within minutes I was eager to participate and had a blast doing so.
